At LOREC Ranch Home Furnishings, we aim to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience by offering reliable and cost-effective shipping options. Below is our comprehensive shipping policy that outlines the details for domestic and international shipping.
1. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
2. Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer two main shipping options for our customers within the United States:

UPS® Ground:
- Rate: 50% discounted rate plus a $10.00 handling fee.
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the item’s size, weight, and destination.
- Transit Time: Varies based on location, typically 5-7 business days.

USPS:
- Rate: 30% discounted rate.
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout.
- Transit Time: Varies based on location, typically 5-7 business days.
3. International Shipping
For customers located internationally, we offer shipping via USPS with the following terms:

- Rate: Full shipping cost plus a $30.00 handling fee.
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout.
- Transit Time: Varies by destination and service selected, typically 7-14 business days.

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping cost.
4. Furniture Shipping
For large furniture items, we have established flat-rate shipping fees based on the total order value:
- Orders $0.00–$1,999.99: $100.00 USD
- Orders $2,000.00–$29,999.00: $500.00 USD
- Orders $30,000.00 and up: $900.00 USD
Note: Furniture shipping fees apply in addition to any standard shipping costs and handling fees. Furniture items may also be eligible for White Glove Delivery services, which include in-home delivery, unpacking, and assembly for an additional fee. 5. Delivery & Tracking

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and your location. Please refer to the shipping method chosen at checkout for estimated delivery times.
6. Damages & Issues

Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is any damage or defect, document it immediately and contact us within 48 hours.

Claims: We will assist in filing any claims for damaged or lost items. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
7. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy: Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Custom and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

LOREC Ranch warrantees its furniture to be free from defects in materials and construction for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In the case of a manufacturer's defect, LOREC Ranch will stand by its product by either issuing a merchandise credit, or by repairing or exchanging the item with the same item or one of equal value.
Some rustic furniture is made of natural white pine. While small cracking is to be expected, it is advisable that the furniture be kept at a healthy humidity level (above 35%) in order to keep its natural state. Rustic and reclaimed furniture will have minor imperfections inlcuding small cracks, knots, surface markings and color variations in the wood - these are normal and are not defects.
Shipping charges to repair or exchange merchandise are not covered under this warranty. The options for repair will be made available to the customer based upon the shipping and extent of the damage.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a product purchased from LOREC Ranch, you may return or exchange your merchandise in satisfactory condition for full in-store credit within 7 days of your purchase. For all items that are returned after 60 days, there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the total amount paid by the customer and the balance will be refunded as merchandise credit. Freight charges, however, are non-refundable. NO Refunds are issued. In-store credit ONLY.
This warranty and return policy does not apply to any items that are either custom-made or purchased on a discounted or discontinued basis. Custom-made, discounted, or discontinued items are FINAL SALE.
Any items left in our warehouse and not picked up after 6 months become the property of LOREC Ranch.
MOCCASIN RETURN/EXCHANGE/ POLICIES
RETURNS: We do not accept returns or refunds on footwear.
EXCHANGE: Exchanges may be made within 14 days of receiving your in stock footwear item as long as it is not damaged or used. Store credit will be issued per request. You must contact us prior to sending in footwear items for exchange. Email: orders@lorecranch.com.

MOCCASIN SHIPPING: Shipping charges are non-refundable and customers are responsible for sending back exchanges.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping applies to accessories purchased online only. The ship to address must be within the 48 contiguous states of the United States for retail customers only. Free shipping on accessories does not apply to wholesale customers.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
LOREC Ranch reserves the right to cancel any online order, at any time, for any reason. If your order has been cancelled, you will be notified via email and/or SMS and your refund will be immediately sent to your bank for processing. The availability of your refund is strictly dependent on your bank's ability to process pending charges. Online orders may not be cancelled by consumers after they have been shipped.
