COVID-19 Update

Due to the "Safer at Home" executive order now in effect for us in the State of Oklahoma, please be advised that all orders placed after March 25, 2020 will be processed once LOREC Ranch Home Furnishings is allowed to reopen per Government orders.

Additionally, we will not be processing any Cancellations, Returns, or Exchanges until the order is lifted.

COVID-19 - Shipping Delays

First and foremost, we would like to express that the safety and health of our employees and customers is always our top priority.

As of midnight CST on March 25th, government officials for the State of Oklahoma executed a "Safer at Home" executive order. This order includes a requirement that all 'non-essential' businesses cease operations, so we must pause all shipments, exchanges, cancellations, and returns until the order is lifted.

We are continuing to monitor announcements from our local and state officials and will update this page with any new developments that impact our ability to ship out orders.

Customers are welcome to place new orders, however, please note we cannot ship any products until we are permitted to return to normal operations. Rest assured that once we receive the authorization, we will begin processing your order and send you a shipment notification as usual.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a product purchased from LOREC Ranch Home Furnishings, you may return or exchange your merchandise in unused condition for full in-store credit within 7 days of receiving your purchase. For all items that are returned after 7 days, there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the total amount paid by the customer and the balance will be refunded as merchandise credit. Shipping charges, however, are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued, but in-store credit only.

This warranty and return policy does not apply to any items that are custom-made or purchased on a discounted or discontinued basis. Custom-made, discounted, or discontinued merchandise are FINAL SALE items.

LOREC Ranch reserves the right to cancel any online order, at any time, for any reason. If your order has been cancelled, you will be notified via email and/or SMS and your refund will be immediately sent to your bank for processing. The availability of your refund is strictly dependent on your bank's ability to process pending charges. Online orders may not be cancelled by consumers after they have been shipped.

Can I use my gift card online?

LOREC Ranch gift cards are a fast, convenient gift for everyone! Gift cards ordered online can be instantly redeemed in store or online. 

At this time, gift cards issued in store are currently unavailable for use online. To redeem a gift card online, please send a photo of the front and back of your gift card to orders@lorecranch.com

Please note that gift cards issued prior to January 1, 2017 expired on September 30, 2018. More information on gift card expiration can be found here.

When will my order ship?

LOREC Ranch Home Furnishings takes pride in creating handcrafted pieces of rustic elegance for your home. Due to the nature of our products, most items are made to order and may take up to 4-8 weeks to ship.

Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST , and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST, excluding Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Total distance between us and you
  • Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else) shipment
  • What delivery method you select

ESTIMATED transit times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.

DOMESTIC:
First Class: 7-10 Business Days
Priority Mail: 5-7 Business Days

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
