Attention LOREC Ranch Home Furnishings customer:
LOREC Ranch Home Furnishings warranties its furniture to be free from defects in materials and construction for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In the case of a manufacturer's defect, LOREC Ranch Home Furnishings will stand by its product by either issuing a merchandise credit, or by repairing or exchanging the item with the same item or one of equal value.
Some of our rustic furniture is made of natural white pine. While small cracking is to be expected, it is advisable that the furniture be kept at a healthy humidity level (above 35%) in order to keep its natural state. Rustic and reclaimed furniture will have minor imperfections including small cracks, knots, surface markings and color variations in the wood - these are normal and are not defects.
Shipping charges to repair or exchange merchandise are not covered under this warranty. The options for repair will be made available to the customer based upon the shipping and extent of the damage.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a product purchased from LOREC Ranch Home Furnishings, you may return or exchange your merchandise in satisfactory condition for full in-store credit within 7 days of your purchase. For all items that are returned after 30 days, there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the total amount paid by the customer and the balance will be refunded as merchandise credit. Freight charges, however, are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued, but in-store credit only.
This warranty and return policy does not apply to any items that are custom-made or purchased on a discounted or discontinued basis. Custom-made, discounted, or discontinued merchandise are FINAL SALE items. By placing a custom order with LOREC Ranch Home Furnishings, you agree that half down (50%) must be paid before production of your custom piece(s) may begin.
Please review the attached Invoice/Sales Order and notify us immediately of any corrections. This Order Acknowledgement states that you, the customer, agree with the items stated. You agree with any work/special order line notes. It also states that you have reviewed and agree with the pricing for the items. Lastly, this Order Acknowledgement states that you agree that the address and phone number(s) you have provided are correct.
